Joel Payeur is the Support Manager at M5T. In this capacity he is responsible for the team that provides value-added services to M5T partners, including tailored engineering and consulting, on-site training and Incident follow-up. His responsabilities also include the development and continued evolution of software tools used by the engineering teams.
Within M5T, Joel Payeur also contributed as Senior Support and Development Engineer. Prior to joining M5T, Mr. Payeur was part of Mediatrix Telecom, Inc. in its early days and as SIP Software Architect and Engineer, was a dynamic leader and contributor on several of the Mediatrix Analog Series 1000 projects. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sherbrooke University.
