2021 Holiday Support Hours
M5T (SCE, EDVA) support will use the following schedule during the end of year holidays:
- December 24th, 2021: reduced support hours
- December 25th, 2021 to January 2nd, 2022: closed
- January 3rd, 2022 to January 7th, 2022: reduced support hours
Mediatrix support will use the following schedule during the end of year holidays:
- December 24th, 2021: reduced support hours
- December 25th, 2021 to January 2nd, 2022: closed
- January 3rd, 2022: reduced support hours
Customers with 24/7 support contracts will have access to support every day
