In addition, Virtuo can perform remote and planned firmware upgrades, and its licence activation feature is capable of generating keys for a specific device in a single click.
Under a mutually authenticated https connection, a device is able to fetch its configuration under Virtuo EMS. Call and experience monitoring enables a global vision of the operation allowing any required intervention; as well as of a flexible degree of control of the platform, including account creation, team user access, and audit logs.
